Delight Dynamics was founded by Andrew Kennedy. When he and Tracy Simmons began working together, they realized they had spent their careers approaching many of the same challenges from very different directions.

Andrew brought a background in technology, analytics, product, and building systems. Tracy brought a career spent leading customer experience, operations, business transformation, and teams through growth and change.

More information isn’t the answer if people are still left trying to figure out what it means and what to do next.

Andrew’s career has been spent at the intersection of technology, product, data, and the people expected to use them.

Across Intuit, Hired, Mix, his own company Work Entropy, and a career spanning startups and large enterprises, Andrew has built products and systems across customer and workforce intelligence, digital experiences, recruiting and assessment, analytics, and AI.

He has built products and companies from the ground up, modernized how organizations turn customer conversations into usable insight, and developed new ways of finding meaningful signals across large amounts of information. His work has given him a firsthand view of both what technology can make possible and where it can create more complexity than clarity.

That perspective ultimately became the foundation for Delight Dynamics: technology should do more than surface information. It should help people understand what matters, decide what to do next, and trust what they’re acting on.

Today, Andrew leads the technology and product vision behind Delight Dynamics, bringing together his experience as a product leader, technologist, builder, and entrepreneur.

Tracy has spent more than two decades helping businesses grow, transform, and navigate problems that rarely come with a playbook.

Her career includes Apple, Microsoft, TikTok, Electronic Arts, Chime, and high-growth startups, she has spent her career building and transforming customer experience and operations, scaling teams, designing new operating models, and helping organizations improve performance, accelerate growth, and navigate complex change.

That work has spanned companies serving millions of customers, global organizations of hundreds of people, and businesses at the earliest stages of growth.

The common thread has been creating clarity out of complexity: connecting what is happening across a business, understanding what matters, and turning that understanding into action that improves performance, customer experience, and growth.

Today, Tracy helps lead Delight Dynamics across go-to-market strategy, partnerships, product direction, operations, customer discovery, and executive strategy, bringing the perspective of an operator who has spent her career turning business problems into measurable progress.
